United States Governing Law.
UEC Web developed and controls the Site in the United States of America. UEC Web makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. This web site refers to refurbished products that are available to customers within the contiguous U. S. states only.
Hitachi "Refurbished" products have been refurbished to Hitachi's quality standards, and may or may not have had one or more electrical and/or mechanical components replaced or repaired. Products are fully operational, and may or may not have cosmetic or appearance imperfections that in no way detract from the performance or safety of the product.
You may browse the site without charge; however, when you place an order; we will bill you and you agree to pay all such charges.
All final purchases are dependent upon product availability. In the event a product goes out of stock prior to order receipt and processing, UEC Web, Inc. will advise the customer of stock outage.
UEC Web, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any sale.
