Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following are terms of legal agreement between you and UEC Web, Inc. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, UEC Web, Inc. shall issue a credit to your card for the full amount of the charge.

UEC Web, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason whether or not your card has been charged or your order confirmed. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall UEC Web, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to loss of data or profit arising out of the use, or the liability to use the materials on the site or the products sold herein. Void where prohibited.

This web-site refers to refurbished products that are available to customers within the contiguous U. S. states only.
Hitachi "Refurbished" products have been refurbished to Hitachi's quality standards, and may or may not have had one or more electrical and/or mechanical components replaced or repaired. Products are fully operational, and may or may not have cosmetic or appearance imperfections that in no way detract from the performance or safety of the product.
You may browse the site without charge; however, when you place an order; we will bill you and you agree to pay all such charges.
All final purchases are dependent upon product availability. In the event a product goes out of stock prior to order receipt and processing, UEC Web, Inc. will advise the customer of sock outage.
UEC Web, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any sale.
You must be eighteen years of age or older to use this site to order products. Parents or guardians are responsible for restricting use of this web-site by persons under the age of eighteen.
All sales are final; however, we will issue a refund to you if you receive an item that is defective due to damage during transportation or if you receive an item that does not work.
