What are my shipping charges?
Please note that shipping costs are not included in the Web price of the products. For shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas within the contiguous U.S., please email us at uecweb.com.
Shipping Details for all shipments:
- Items are shipped 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
- If you order items with different stock availability, each item will ship as soon as it is available.
- Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost if you cancel or refuse to take delivery of the product.

Delivery Details for PTVs, Plasma TVs & CTVs only:
- Delivery to a residence anywhere in the contiguous United States within 7 to 14 business days
- Local delivery agent will call and schedule a delivery appointment for Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- 2-man delivery; no specific time stops; all product must be unpacked; customer's signature needed for "Drivers Check List"
- Customer is responsible for any accessorial charges, time stops, attempted deliveries or storage charges
- Customer should advise delivery agent of any helpful information about the delivery site
- Our shipping charge includes the following only:
- Ground floor level of a residence
- Second story level of a residence (Stair Carry/Accessorial charges are C.O.D. to customer)
- Placement in room-of-choice
- Set-in place and uncrating
- Customer must plug-in and power-on to test unit; customer has the option to refuse the television if it has been damaged during transportation
- Removal and disposal of packing material
